Sigiriya literally means "lion's rock" and is of volcanic origin. The port city of Trincomalee is located in the northeast of Sri Lanka. Trincomalee is located on a peninsula and this location makes it one of the largest natural harbors in the world. Polonnaruwa is one of the ancient royal cities of Sri Lanka. In Polonnaruwa you can see many temples, ruins and other places of interest. Dambulla is best known for the Golden Temple. The rock temples of Dambulla have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991 and are the largest, best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. Kandy is located in a valley and in the middle of the center you will find a large lake with a small island in the middle. The city has a number of nice sights. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants.

We pick you up from your hotel or Airport and we proceed to Chilaw. In Chilaw we will visit the Munneswaram Kovil Temple. The Munneswaram Temple is an important regional Hindu temple complex in Sri Lanka. After our visit at the Munneswaram Temple we proceed to Puttalam. In Puttalam we will visit the salt fields.
After our visit at Puttalam we proceed to Anuradhapura.
In Anuradhapura we will visit the ancient city of Anuradhapura, we will visit the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi, Isurumuniya Temple, Jethawanaramaya Stupa, Abhayagiri Dagaba, Moonstone or Sandakada pahana, Samadhi Buddha Statue, Lankarama Stupa, The Royal Palace, Vijayabahu Maligaya.
After we visit Anuradhapura we proceed to the Hotel
After our visit at Puttalam we proceed to Anuradhapura.

Early morning at approx. 05:30 AM we proceed to the Wilpattu National Park. At the Wilpattu National park we will start the wildlife safari.
During our visit to Wilpattu National Park we will look for Elephants, bears, leopards, eagles and crocodiles.
After the wild life safari we proceed to Mihintale. Mihintale is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Buddhists in Sri Lanka. Mihintale is seen as the place where Buddhism started in Sri Lanka.
After we visit Mihintale we proceed to Sigiriya.
During our visit to Wilpattu National Park we will look for Elephants, bears, leopards, eagles and crocodiles.
After the wild life safari we proceed to Mihintale. Mihintale is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Buddhists in Sri Lanka. Mihintale is seen as the place where Buddhism started in Sri Lanka.
After we visit Mihintale we proceed to Sigiriya.

After breakfast we proceed to Sigiriya. In Sigiriya we will climb the famous Sigiriya Rock.
After we are back from the top you can decide to take a ride on an Elephant.
After our visit at the Sigiriya Rock we proceed to Trincomalee. Trincomalee is located on a peninsula and this location makes it one of the largest natural harbors in the world. This has had an important role in the history of the city. The port was of strategic importance to European countries.
In Trincomalee we will sightseeing the city and we will visit the Kanniya hot springs.
Seven hot springs of varying temperatures are found at the site and are considered to contain healing properties.
After this visit we proceed and visit the Koneswaram Temple and the old Dutch Fort.
Surrounded by jaw-dropping scenery on all sides, the colourful Koneswaram temple sits high above the bay.
After our visit at Trincomalee we proceed to the Hotel.

The statue of Lord Sumana Saman, on a white elephant coming down from the sky from the direction of Sri Pada Mountain, is a beautiful sight.
After our visit at the Nelligala Temple we proceed and visit the Ranawana Purana Rajamaha Vihara is one of the biggest and most beautiful temples in Sri Lanka. After we visit the Temple we proceed back and sightseeing Kandy city, we will visit the Kandy view point, Batick and Silk factory, wood carving factory, Kandy market, Kandy lake and the Temple of the Tooth.
After sightseeing Kandy we proceed to the Hotel.

In Peradeniya we will visit the Royal Botanical garden. the spectacular Peradeniya Botanical Garden dates to 1371. Once enjoyed for pleasure by a Kandyan queen, this spectacular garden is enclosed on three sides by a large bend in the Mahaweli River.
After our visit at the Botanical garden we proceed to Pinnawala.
In Pinnawala we will visit the Elephant Orphanage, we will see how all the Elephants proceed to the river where they take a bath.
After our visit at Pinnawala we proceed back to your hotel / Airport.
